We had originally picked Planet Web Works based on a reasonable price and the detail of their response concerning our new website site in the initial bid. It was apparent from the bid response that they looked at our existing site saw what we needed and provided that in their bid unlike others who sent a canned response in their bid and some who did not even respond with the correct information of what we were looking for.
It was obvious from the start that Planet Web Works was more interested in our needs and then exceeding our expectations then any of the other Bidders.
